An Hedonic

Album ·

After I accepted that I had needs, I kept running into the fact that they weren't being met. This album is me exploring that, one small thing at a time: a good bowl of food, Friday night, the rhythm of a busy kitchen, a joke at the gaming table. It took a lot of work to realize I didn't hate everything. I was just starved. The title holds both sides of it: anhedonic, and a hedonic.
