Close Your Eye (Remastered)
Horus is the lost child of Felwar, once the empress's closest confidant. He warned her against the unwise alliances she was making with her father's old friends, each of whom had claimed one of the power stones holding the Dreadlord for their own purposes, and she had him beaten down for it. Now he's in a rock band, the Eye of Horus, and the future-sight ritual drags the whole band to their doom.
Hi, we're the Eye of Horus
A-one, two, three four
Felwar child lost and alone
Ran from the Dreadlord you find a new home
You can see the truth drawn from soul
The future sight ritual you can know
You're a rock star
Child of Felwar
Open your eye
Your band comes too
Dragged to their doom
Say good bye
Reliquary secrets show you
All stand still hear the secrets from your crew
Puppet bandmates bow to your will
Groupies saving cash up can't get their fill
You're a rock star
Child of Felwar
Open your eye
Your band comes too
Dragged to their doom
Say good bye
Reliquary secrets show you
All stand still hear the secrets from your crew
Puppet bandmates bow to your will
Groupies saving cash up can't get their fill
You're a rock star
Child of Felwar
Open your eye
Your band comes too
Dragged to their doom
Say good bye
Destiny's a funny thing
Stand beside her, truth will ring
Save the daughter from this ride
Or you'll be beaten by Pride
You're a rock star
Child of Felwar
Open your eye
Your band comes too
Dragged to their doom
Say good bye
Sing for the empress, doom draws nigh
Careful with the truth, she will close your eye
Shout the truth out, guitar on ground
Fists close your eye to Isalandra Proud
You're a rock star
Child of Felwar
Open your eye
Your band comes too!
Dragged to their doom!
Say good bye!
You were a rock star
Beloved near and far
You flew too high
Destiny ends everything
When the truth too loudly rings?
You walked the only path you knew, now
Close your eye
