Where's Little Jaro?
After Umbrasanthar drank our nightmares, Jaro woke up cheerful, blank, and licking a rock, with no idea whose baby dragon that was or how many weeks he'd lost. When Maeven asked where his little sprite familiar had gone, he took the question very personally. Underneath the jokes, the darker half of his mind was still in there, waiting.
Freed of nightmares, feeling strange
Unburdened of the past, now faced
Centaur's looking kind of lost
No memory, licking a rock
He says that we've all been blessed
By Umbrasanthar, now de-stressed
With an innocent kid grin
He asks us where we've all just been
Ask the question you need to know
Who can answer but Jaro?
The guy we knew, where'd he go?
Will he ever come back home?
Sees the dragon born baby
Blue-scaled, Ruben, he's so friendly
Can't remember what we did
Asks Maeven where she got the kid
Maeven says in Vraktimore
He looks confused, licks rock some more
Asks if he remembers that
He shakes his head, a little sad
Ask the question you need to know
Who can answer but Jaro?
The guy we knew, where'd he go?
Will he ever come back home?
Maeven asks him with a gasp
What does he remember last?
Jaro thinks with furrowed brow
And says that we were all cops now
In the Keep, we'd rode a train
Came to a town that needed rain
To keep the blood off the streets
He doesn't know that it's been weeks
Ask the question you need to know
Who can answer but Jaro?
The guy we knew, where'd he go?
Will he ever come back home?
His familiar, winged sprite
Looked just like him, now gone from sight
Maeven asks if he's about
But Jaro looks like he might pout
Folds up small and with his hands
Hides from our sight his little man
Not so small, if you've seen it
No, he’s got a mighty(And he said!)
Kind of personal!
Don't you know?
To just ask to see (Gotta ask to see)
Little Jaro? (Not so little Jaro!)
Maeven looks shocked and ashamed
Surprised by a different kind of game
Psychic chuckle echoes through
Darker instincts, a lurking doom
Druids try to kill his god
Jaro's got to even the odds
Two-mind centaur, one is good
Other ruthless, misunderstood
Kind of personal
Now you know (But okay!)
You can ask to see
Little Jaro (Let's play!)
Kind of personal, but okay
Nighttime Jaro can come to play
Just give him some time to digest
All your deepest dark secrets
Steven, how many licks will it take to get to the center of this thinking rock?
Kind of personal
Ready to go? (It's okay!)
If you need a piece
Of Little Jaro (Let's play!)
Let’s play
Not so little, don't you know?
Just grab ahold, if you need
Some Little Jaro
Roll athletics and
Let's play!
