← The Thoughts and Ramblings of One Emeric Proud
Stronger than Power
Binding the Dreadlord needed someone to hold the red stone, and Emeric chose Rammza Gearlocke, a gnome who understood that real power needs restraint. It's an idea I keep coming back to: the strongest person in the room is the one who doesn't need to use it.
Bind the Dreadlord such an easy task
Sharakhal so earnest, but don't make me laugh
I know that I'm not so strong inside
If I face down his might I'll surely die
What is stronger than power?
What can stay his wrath?
Who can hold the red stone
And free this land at last?
Sword bow stave, even fast fists fly
None so mighty in the Dreadlord's eye
Someone must exist to hold this stone
I know I can't do it on my own
What is stronger than power?
What is stronger than power?
What is stronger than power?
What is stronger than power?
What is stronger than power?
What can stay his wrath?
Who can hold the red stone
And free this land at last?
Am I crazy? Have I cracked the code?
I'm committed to this insane road
Magnupharus, clockwork city high
Roost and graveyard both where dreamers die
What is stronger than power?
What can stay his wrath?
Who can hold the red stone
And free this land at last?
Am I crazy? Have I cracked the code?
I'm committed to this insane road
Magnupharus, clockwork city high
Roost and graveyard both where dreamers die
What is stronger than power?
What can stay his wrath?
Who can hold the red stone
And free this land at last?
Rammza Gearlocke with your name so fine
In the grotto not where you should find
A gnome, a reputation without any taint
A man who knows that power needs restraint
What is stronger than power?
What can stay his wrath?
Who can hold the red stone
And free this land at last?
What is stronger than power?
But I can't trust the rest
Sharakhal, Fel'Merida
In a scheming fest
